Purchases

Orders can be faxed, mailed, e-mailed or called in on our toll free customer service line. Please review your order for accuracy and completeness before you send it to us. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover,money orders or personal checks. Please note that personal checks can be held up to 20 days for bank clearance. SORRY, WE DO NOT ACCEPT C.O.D. ORDERS.
 

Rush Orders

Absolutely need your order ASAP? We can do it! For an additional rush fee of $10 - $20 per item ordered, we can produce your order within 48 hours of the time you place your order with us. You can also select to have your order shipped UPS one or two day for an additional charge.
 

Fabric Samples

Can’t seem to make a decision on which fabric to select. Do you want to actually see a sample before you make your selection? Just call us, toll free (877) 462-1186 or e-mail us and we can send you out a sample swatch of the fabric(s) you are interested in. All fabric samples are sent regular U.S. mail.
 
 

Returns

Please note that all garments are made to order. We can not resell your items produced for you. Before placing your final order, double check to make sure that you have order the correct size per your measurements. We highly recommend that you request fitting and fabric samples before placing your order to ensure proper fit, sew quality and fabric selection. Please note, we guarantee fit to the fitting samples you try on. In the case, that you do not request fitting samples before purchase and you are not completely satisfied with your Ginger’s Island merchandise, WE DO EXCEPT RETURNS UNDER A STRICT RETURN POLICY. Please follow the steps below to return purchased items: Fill out your return form enclosed with your Ginger’s Island merchandise. Call the customer service number listed on the form to receive your return authorization number to return the merchandise. You will be instructed to write this number on the outside of the package that you will send back to us. PACKAGES RETURNED WITHOUT THE RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER CLEARLY MARKED ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE, WILL BE REFUSED BY OUR COMPANY. YOUR PACKAGE WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU.
 
  • Please note all tags must remain attached to the garment(s) being returned. Health regulations stipulate that swim and fitness wear that is soiled, worn, damaged or laundered is considered to be in other than “as new” condition and cannot be returned.
  • Ship back the items that you are not satisfied WITHIN 15 DAYS OF THE DATE YOU RECEIVED your Ginger’s Island merchandise.
  • ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE EXCEPTED AFTER 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY.
  • RETURNS MUST BE SENT INSURED US MAIL OR INSURED UPS. If the package of return item(s) is lost during returned shipment, you will not be issued a credit or granted an exchange from Ginger’s Island.
  • If your order is received within the 15 days, we will only credit back your credit card on file with us, less a 50% production fee and shipping on the returned item(s).
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, we will gladly replace it with the same or other item of equal value with no postage and handling charges to you.
