Questions |
What if I am in between sizes on
your chart? Swimwear is sized with the expectation that it will
be worn snug when dry. This allows for maximum support. Swimsuits
can grow as much as a half size when wet. If you are in between
sizes we suggest that you go with the smaller size as swimwear
material (lycra) also ends up stretching with multiple uses.
Does your website remember my last order and sizing information?
Yes, it does. When you log back onto our site you will be asked to
sign in. Please note, that you should always retake your
measurements if it has been awhile since you have been on our site.
Hate to say it, but our bodies are continuously changing, it is
better to be safe than sorry – always re-measure!
What types of padding are available from Ginger’s Island? We
offer three types of padding. The first, is a full cup foam padding.
It is thin in nature, but can be doubled or tripled up for extra
fullness. The second, is a slightly thicker half cup push up foam
padding, perfect for creating extra cleavage. On several occasions,
we add this type of padding under a full cup foam padding. Thirdly,
we offer silicon gel padding. This type of padding adds a natural
look to small breast. We only offer this type of padding with our
under wire tops, but you can order any of these padding options
separately and insert them into your bra or swimsuit top.
What if I am not sure about making the best fabric selection. Can
I request an actual sample? Of course you can! Please e-mail us
at
customerservice@gingersislandwear.com or call us toll free
(877) 462-1186 to request a fabric sample. We will need to
know the fabric number and name.
How long after I place an order will it take to ship my items?
Orders are processed daily, once we receive your order, we will
e-mail you back with a confirmation. If we need further information,
we will contact you either by e-mail or phone. Your order is placed
into production in the order in which it is received. Production
time depends on the volume of orders placed. During busy season,
which is April – September, orders are usually shipped within 10 to
15 business days. During off season, orders usually ship within 5 to
10 business days.
Do you carry other manufacturers? No sorry, we only carry our
line. If you have a certain design in mind, please contact us. For
an additional cost, we can create a pattern for you. Sorry, no
returns on custom patterns.
